ZOOM CLASS INFORMATION

Most terms = 10 weeks (school terms)

Community & ZOOM Classes  (1 Hour)

$160 = 20 Class credits ($7/Session)  super gold logo reduced size
$100 = 10 Class credits ($8/Session)
$14/Session – Casual class credit
$175      = unlimited classes for 10 weeks 
30min, ALL 1-Hour (incl ZOOM)

Social Catch Up … Tamara will ‘Admit’ participants in to the class via the ‘Waiting Room’, she will start this 5 minutes before each session, to allow participants ‘set up’ and Chat time.

Class Instructions, Information & Rules 

Step #1     ABOVE in the Weekly Schedule you will find the link to the classes for the week 

Step #2     Load ZOOM on your computer/laptop/tablet or just follow the links(s)

Step #4     Practise … try a ZOOM meeting with your family or friends … try having a cuppa tea with a friend … or a glass of wine!

Step #5     Get Ready for your tai chi class:

  • Find a quiet spot with some space to practise tai chi
  • Try to place your device about kitchen counter top level, be creative …
  • Have water to drink near your practise area
  • Have a chair handy if you need to practise seated tai chi
  • Wear loose comfortable clothes
  • Open ZOOM about 10 minutes before class, or click the class link
  • Click on the meeting link up to 10 minutes before class, you will be in the ‘Waiting Room
  • Audio and Video – Check the bottom left corner of your ZOOM screen, or tablets & some phones the top?
  • Gallery View‘ vs ‘Speaker View‘ … Top right screen or elsewhere? Try both to see what you prefer.
  • PLEASE avoid feeling bad it the technology doesn’t work well the first few times
  • Please email or text me any requests, I will do my best to cover or include these topics

Step #6     ZOOM class RULES with Tamara

  • I will ‘Admit’ participants in to the class from the waiting room, please be patient
  • I will turn off your recording option for these classes (respect copyright)
  • Once I start the class, I will ‘mute’ all participants to avoid background noise
  • After 30 min, we will have a short break … I will un-mute everyone
  • Classes will resume and I will ‘mute’ everyone again.
  • Please work within your comfort zone, practise seated when needed
  • I will end the class/meeting for everyone
