Dr Paul Lam, a family physician and Tai Chi expert is a world leader in the field of Tai Chi for Health programs. Dr Lam has been teaching tai chi for over 40 years and is the author of Overcoming Arthritis and Teaching Tai Chi Effectively. He has trained many thousands of instructors to teach this program.

After an introduction to Tai Chi, arthritis and the program, you learn the warm-up exercises. Dr Lam will teach as though you are participating in his class. He demonstrates each movement from different angles. Dr Lam will run through each lesson with you and explains how to incorporate the Tai Chi principles into your practice. At the end of the DVD, Dr Lam demonstrates the set from both the front and back views
